1. Site Supervisor
** 1 year work experience in the construction / engineering industry
** Demonstrated site coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
— Maintaining a high standard of construction quality , on time deliverables , meaningful reporting and accountability for the site.
2. Quantity Surveyor
**Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Quantity Surveying
**Previous experience in a QS role
**Strong understanding of Cost Planning
Key Responsibility
— Cost Planning and Estimating
— Read and interpret plans
— Site visits and valuations of completed work
— Report on Construction Schedules and writing of monthly reports
3. Chief Accountant
**CPA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred, but not essential
**Experience in the construction industry highly regarded, but not essential
** Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibility
— Preparation of full set of account
— Cash Flow Management
— Payroll (including EPF & Socso)
— Liaise with government department on behalf of the company
— Preparation of monthly / Adhoc financial reports as required
4. Draftperson
** At least 1-year experience in steel construction.
** Proficient user of Autocad
** Must possess at least SPM & above.
Key Responsibility
— Produce conceptual drawing or sketches for the proposal of construction.
— Draft detail drawing for proposal, purchasing, manufacturing and as-built
— Produces material list or bill of materials for drawings.
— Reviews or checks on drawing produced by others.
— Any other tasks and duties deemed necessary and as required by the Head of Department.
5. Administrator
** SPM / UEC / STPM graduates welcome to apply
** Tertiary qualification in any field preferred, but not essential
Key Responsibility
— Documentation key-in and filling
— stock control
— Ad-hoc duties as required
